Teeth whitening

The whitening of the teeth is a procedure of enlightening resulting in an oxidizing chemical reaction which releases oxygen being the whitening agent par excellence.

This procedure does not affect the structure of the tooth, only the taint gets lighter in color. One must know that false teeth, dental implants, filling facets, or other artificial dental elements do not respond very efficiently to this whitening process as a general rule. The whitening does only concern natural teeth.

The technique used is that of the tooth whitening at a ZOOM armchair: a session will take place our dental surgeon’s in the following way: the dentist, after isolating the gum, applies a hydrogen peroxide-based gel in high concentration. The gel is then photo-activated by means of a specific lamp. The duration of one session is 45 minutes.

ZOOM brightens the teeth in 8 taints in just 3 times of 15 minutes; the whitening gel, ZOOM , with a technology based on amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) and its photo chemical reaction allow us to reach high level results with minimal sensitivity.

After the session, your teeth may be sensitive to anything hot or cold. This unpleasant sensation disappears in 24 hours. During these 24 hours, the product continues to be active by spreading into the tooth.

During the days that follow, tobacco and very colored meals are contra-indicated: red wine, beetroots, curry, spices with saffron, tea, vitamin -C -based food (oranges and other fruit, orange juice and fruit with vitamins, kiwis).
