Breast lifting

The mammoplasty (the breast reduction) consists in carrying up a chest that falls (ptosis).
we can combine a mammoplasty with the pose of prostheses or with a breast reduction.
There are 2 techniques :

• The technical perish - areola scar and vertical for a moderate ptosis.
• The technical perish - areola scar and in reverse T for an important ptosis.

The mammoplasty takes place under general anaesthesia and lasts about 2 hours. The hospitalization is of 24 hours.

After the intervention, one puts light bandage for 2 - 3 days, later on it will be replaced by a bra without armatures.
