In case of unsatisfactory results (*) :

The assessment of the result will be conducted through photos. If the result deficiency is observed, all expenses for a new operation, and the expenses related to stay will be paid by ChirurgiePro.net.

If the patient does not agree with the observation of a satisfactory result, arbitration will be carried out by a neutral surgeon of plastic surgery chosen by the patient. After sending all the reports to ChirurgiePro.net and if a new operation is required, all expenses related to it will be settled by ChirurgiePro.net.

From a legal perspective, all over the world, the plastic surgeon has a contract of means and not of results; this means than we can file a suit against him/her and seek compensation if it turns out that he/she was technically at fault.
