In case of established complication :

If the patient is still in Tunisia, Chirurgipro.net will be fully in charge of the complication handling.

Once the patient healed of his complication, we are also in charge of a surgery re-intervention if necessary.

If the patient has his complication as he has already returned to his country of origin, (Click on the post-operative link) Chirurgiepro.net is in charge of the re-intervention of plastic surgery as well as the stay (flight not included).

In case of dissatisfying result (*) :

The result will be assessed through photos. If the insufficiency of the result is noted, Chirurgiepro.net is in charge of all the expenses of the re-intervention, stay, and transport (*).

If the patient doesn't agree with a satisfactory result report, the arbitration will be made by a neutral plastic surgeon chosen by the patient. After consignment of the report of his observations to Chirurgiepro.net and if a re-intervention is necessary, all expenses of this one will be in charge by Chirurgiepro.net.

Legally, and in all the countries of the world, the plastic surgeon has a contract of means and not of results, it means that we can not ask him for repair in justice unless there is a technical mistake. Then, it is the plaintiff who has to prove that mistake.

If the result is not satisfactory but no medical mistake happens, legal action can not be taken.
