Hôtel El Mouradi *****
The Carthage shores spread their turquoise bays from the ruins of the Antique City to Gammarth, the new luxury hotel area which will soon include golf and a casino. Founded by the Phoenicians, then re-built by the Romans, the antique city has left a number of impressive vestiges standing up at the sea front. Two steps from there, the refined village of Sidi Bou Said welcomes strollers between houses, in blue turbans and bougainvillea. At about 15 kilometers from there, you will be in Tunis, modern capital that is vibrant and providing centers of multiple interests.
